Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. White County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms control its receipt and handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
Email and contact-form messages are retained as needed to read the request, respond, and maintain the exchange. Message content is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Routine Technical Information

Visitors Younger Than Eighteen
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent, guardian, or affected minor may contact us if information was submitted by a person under 18. A verified request will be reviewed so the submitted information can be deleted where appropriate.
